Processing & Preorders
Currently, all products produced by ENDANGERED are offered as preorders.
Preorders help us produce responsibly and avoid overproduction. Once your order is placed, it is queued for production. Preorders are final once production has begun.
Estimated production and shipping timelines will be clearly stated on the product page. These timelines are estimates and may shift slightly due to manufacturing or shipping conditions.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, ENDANGERED is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.
If your tracking shows an issue or your package appears lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will review the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.
